Default New computer - stuck at BOOT - HELP!

Hi ppl.

I just assembled my new computer.

Intel Core i7 3770k
ASUS P8Z77-V-Deluxe
4x4GB Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz with XMP active
ATI HD6950 opened to 6970, 2GB
OCZ Vertex 3 240GB
NO HDD INSTALLED

The computer is not OC'ed.
Windows is installed.

The problem is:
After a restart, the computer is stuck at the BOOT logo screen.

Q-Code is: b2 - Legacy Option ROM Initialization

Fans are spinning, monitor is on.

I need to reset the computer in order to boot.

What do you think it might be???

Please help!

Thanks

reset the bios and try again.

if it still happens unplug everything from the mobo (except ram cpu and video) and try again.

then plug things back in till it faults.

maybe a bios update is in order

mine did exactly the same thing... you know what fixed it?

Turning it off and on again about 3 times, im not kidding.

COmputers often have these stupid little spaz outs.

The other day the DisplayPort on my gtx680 stopped working randomly, i heard it was due to driver issues, so i spent like 2 hours doing everything software related that i could and it didnt fix it.

You know what fixed it... i pulled the gpu out and put it back in the exact same spot... again, im not kidding.
