The bars will be separated by plexiglass spacers, and they will be insulated with plastidip to prevent shortcuts should they somehow touch eachother.

The EATX connector on my mobo has 8 pins, the top row is 12v and the bottom row is 0v, that's why it's actually quite easy to replace the 8 separate cables by 2 rods
Will the rods be able to handle the current?

I have a very bright 4-year-old male child (non-ginger version) I would trade for this...

Not the only one

I thought ah great, another glorified woodworker/machinist who puts a Rasberry Pi / all in one board into a box and calls it a computer mod.

If I were you, I would paint them black.

The resistance of those things would be pretty low (~0.01 ohm), right?

I really like your attention to detail, and ideas, BUT I'm not truly sold on the case design as a whole.

Stand out awesomeness:

The reservoir exposed.
Your cabling.
Your tubing.
Dark Lexan spacing between the metal joins.

I just don't really like the overall shape, and the "horns" on top look kinda naff.

All in all, a truly excellent build. Keep up the good work.

You have just opened my eyes.

For some reason i had never even thought that i could send plans out to a machinist workshop to have them made.

also.

What is your job, if you don't mind me asking?
