Hey all,
I got a new system and set it up - everything seems okay. One (large) issue is there is no sound. I've got an AsRock Z77 Extreme4 and a Auzentech X-Fi Prelude and neither is working. I've installed the Realtek drivers for my motherboard and when I try to install any type of driver for the sound card it says the hardware is not present? Anyone have any ideas? |

Have you checked what your default audio playback device is? Control Panel, Sounds, Playback. Choose the default device there.
