Got an issue running 16gig ram (4x 4gig) on my asrock motherboard. Randomly fails in windows with BSOD and fails the memtest86 v4.2 test. Tested the motherboard with 8gig (2x 4gig - both sets of sticks) on all the slots and works ok - windows and passes memtest. Timings and voltages for the ram are 9-9-9-24 1.5v. Ram is G-Skill Ripjaws XL DDR3-1600 (2 sets of 8 gigs).
I've got a i5-2500k cpu running stock and i've played around with the VTT up to 1.2v. Should i go higher? Are there any other voltages i can try boost? Should i get this fixed under warranty? Or is it a case of upping the voltages? thanks

Get the latest BIOS.
If it fails the memtest, then it looks like a fault with one of the memory modules...is this O/C and what voltage is set for the RAM?
