Facebook problem

I can't post on any facebook 'page' wall. Profiles are fine, but the "write a post" button doesn't show up on any public 'page'.

Does anybody know how to fix this problem? I thought it might be my restrictive privacy settings, but I've tried setting everything to public and the button still doesn't show.

It's not a restriction on the page's behalf as this entire time I've been trying I've seen other people posting on the page wall.

My googling has failed me in finding an answer, and so has the facebook help section.

Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a different browser? or a different computer?

I would try clearing the cache and cookies.

Main browser is firefox, tried chrome and internet explorer, neither worked. I'll try clearing cache/cookies.

Edit: have not tried a different PC. I'll do that too.

Edit 2: Tried another PC. That didn't work, the button is still not there.

Edit 3: Cleared all cookies + cache, still no luck.

Edit 4: Ok I figured it out! I had all apps turned off in my facebook privacy settings. Turned them back on and the section for posting on the page wall appeared.

Is this happening on posts that are from Non Friends i.e ppl your not friends with, coz if so that's normal depending on their settings of course.
