Default Qnap Ts-412 Nas slow speed? 2.5mb/s Wireless N

Hi guys, i am pretty much a complete derp when it comes to networking.

Set up the Nas and doing a file transfer with a Wireless N 300m/bit connection with full signal and only getting 2.5 Mb/S transfer at maximum.
The nas currently has 1 GP samsung 2TB in it and i am transferring from my main pc in sig to it.

Anyone have any ideas what the issue could be? google is not really helping here.

Sounds like a 10/100 connection there somewhere.

Can you post details of how you have your network laid out and list what make/model switching hardware you have between the NAS and PC(s)?

Had to change over to wireless due to wiring issue in the house.

Card is Tp-Link 450Mb/s Wireless N.
Max speed it gets is 2.5 mb/s when transferring on 5ghz mode, 668kb/s on 2.4ghz mode.

Any ideas why this could be?

I crack 10MB/sec easily on 5GHz with my MacBook Pro.

Problem might lie somewhere else.

Yeah speed is higher on the other PC's in the house via wireless.
Copying from the server to the pc nets me about 6-7mb/s so im not sure why it is so much slower to the nas from this pc.
Rig in sig running windows 7
