Looking for help to test Affiliate program

Hi Guys, I have a Ad server website where my programmer has added
a MLM/ Affiliate program where members earn additional commissions for
selling Ad packages and Gold memberships

However my programmer has never completet this project. So I
I'm looking for someone to help me test the system to see
what is working and what needs to be done to make it all work.

To test the payment and commission system we would need to use Paypal Sandbox.

If you know how to use Sandbox or if you have experience with Affiliate programs please contact me to discuss details
