lumps in bacon
Today for lunch i had a bacon sandwich .
It has lumps of solid white stuff in it i'm not sure what it is. Its white sort of bones like? http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/266/bacon.jpg/ Dose anyone else no what it is? |

It's just cartilage - bacon comes from the belly/ribs of a pig - just depends on how it's been butchered/trimmed.
