Default BIOS flashing in 2k

How the hell do i get to a basic command prompt that will let me flash the systems BIOS?? Obiously it wont let me do it while win2k is loaded up!
I've got a NTFS disk, so i cant just use a basic bootdisk to do a coot to DOS.

http://www.bootdisk.com/

Make a dos bootdisk there, put all your bios and flash stuff on it, and reboot with that floppy disk.

you used NTFS thats what happened

if you have an old 95 or 98 boot disk you can try copying the BIOS onto that disk and using that to boot up

otherwise if you arent prepared to make boot disk which get around NTFS ... you may as well stick with your current bios
