Default Possible Overclock?

Heyas, i've got an idea for my current video card (64mb GF II Pro)

I was planning on cooling my 64mb MSI Geforce II Pro card (default 200/400 with 5ns memory) with a simple waterblock (attached straight through the holes where the stock fan usually sits). Since i was already going to do this, why not attach an 80watt TEC, insulation, and the waterblock (and cold plate for significant pressure) and do a voltage mod on the bitch =)

atm i can get it to 265/540, and i think im actually pressing the limits of the card, not because of thermal stresses but because of the way its build.

any ideas or suggestions?
