At the moment it would have to be Mafia. That game is just too cool. Its got gameplay and a damn good story to boot. The graphics are just a bonus. Highly Recommend it.

Now that is an awesome game, craps all over the first game.

Oh and yeah the Thief series definitely awesome as well, and you can get in some practice for when Thief 3 is released next year. Try Arx Fatalis it's brilliant imo - you'll love it if you like Ultima Underworld.

I grew up playing Kings Quest games and also many of the other Sierra hit Quest games....Police Quest, Space Quest etc etc. Also got into Ultima 3 and 4 a little but didnt continue with 5 and 6 etc...

They all rocked...

Yeh monkey island madness really was mad! Remember playing that in the days of 486s. Half-life was good in its day and GTA3 has been my favorite recently. Legend of Zelda on any platform always offers a great single player experience IMO.

I like UT and GTA3 and some of the car sims. But I thought NOLF2 was pretty cool, except that I got stuck at a bug in the game and I had no choice but to give up in India
