Just upgraded my work machine (Duron 900 -> Duron 1200) so that should give me about 1 more WU per day.
Not a major improvement, but an improvement nevertheless.

YAY, i got 500, and looking at the last stats, it only took me 8 days to get the last 60, which, on that average, im doing 7.5WU a day, which is a PB, coincidentally, and it also means that to do that last 100, it took ~13 days for the last 100
This is compared to the 3 months for my first one hundred, earlier this year, so, i;m rather happy

Yeah ... it does seem to go faster and faster as you get faster hardware ... i remember the days when i first started seti i was only running it on a single Pentium 100...
now im pumpin around 15 WU´s a day easily... BTW... i think ill hold off until doom 3 comes out until i get my new puta, as i want to make sure it will run sweet!!!

Has anyone had a play with Hyperthreading Peelfaws running SETIDriver? I've now got a couple in my farm and I'm wondering what "Set Processor Affinity" will do to the times. I figured I'd ask here instead of trying it out for myself 'cause it'll take a little while to work out which is better.
Anyone got any idea's?

Congrats PeterD...a great effort, You're not far away Rob.........Ill have to wait till the auditors have pissed off before I can get back into production................
Psycho_billy, there was a few posts regarding the hyperthreading using setidriver ealier and I think the general consensus was that it made a small increase in performance in the order of 5% Cheers

Is this Australias best looking SETI farm???
Im currently setting up a console for a Honeywell control system, and part of the testing includes a 100% CPU load test, so of course I have a chance to add SETI for a few months until we place it into production. They are not the fastest machines I have ever used, but once you get used to working with 4*22" LCD screens, its hard going back to the lousy 17" CRT back at home. Its a tough job, but someones has to do it
