Nice cars! It's made me want to paint mine and post a pic of it. I have an expensive-cheap electric car which I got about 5 years ago, I think it's called the Fox or something? A 4WD Tamiya kit model anyway. You know what I mean by expensive-cheap, it was a few hundred bucks (I think $300 or so) but is a shitload better than the pre-made ones you get from Tandy or Tricky Dicky and the like.

What surprised me about it is that I got it from Woolies! I saw the same car on its own from Hobbyco for about $350, but found it on special in Woolies at Wetherill Park for less than that, and including the r/c gear. RRP was about $450 or something for both. Haven't used it for ages, but it's under my bed and easy to get out and use when I get the urge. It handles better in reverse! They should use rear wheel steering

JimX.

Here's my car,

Its a Serpent Impulse, very good car to drive. Have been doing quite well with it at racing. I'll see if i can get another photo of it with all the options i have for it now. I have it setup like a 1/8 scale with oneway front diff and a solid read axle.

Here's a photo of my RC body as requested:

The body itself is fairly trashed, the wing got taken off when the car rolled taking a corner too fast at the track, haven't bothered to stick it back on yet. Soon I'll be ditching that body and probably getting a Dodge Stratus one.
