Default ICQ SMS and Three

Can anyone confirm that whether we can get free SMS from ICQ to a Three's phone and USIM?

but can an sms message goes through after your mate have ported the number from optus to 3? If it does work, then I think all three's number should work. According to my past experience, the only sim that don't work with ICQ SMS is newtel's (on Optus). Voda, telstra and Optus (B-online) all worked.

Says it was delivered through optus, well he was on optus before he was ported to 'three' and now i'm waiting until he comes online to tell me whether it got through or not

well its due to MNP. icq servers still have the fixed prefix setup to tell them which network it belongs to. but with the big three (voda telstra and optus) they usually get through anyway
