Default Nvidia Codenames

I've been searching but can't find a full list of the NVidia "codenames" ie NV15, NV25 etc..

Has anyone got a full list?

NV11 = GF2MX
NV15 = GF2
NV17 = GF4MX
NV20 = GF3
NV2A = gpu in xbox console
NV25 = GF4
Eclipse = Nvidia's DX9 card

Talking of codenames....what is the real name of the 3dfx Voodoo Napalm? The latest x-3dfx drivers have support for the Napalm, whatever it is....
