Jester1's has been wanting to. He has a spare compaq system atm he could use as a AP. I won't say to much about it, only that he's interested just seeing what happens with mine

I use a old pole that I stole from the inside of your swimming poo brush to hold up our TV arieal, the only problem is now we cant brush the deep end of the pool .

nice..... I was thinking of doing the same sort of thing...we are in a top position for it.... 600+ m above sea level looking over a valley... but there is only around 15 houses with in the 15km-20km limit of these things...still might have a go just to say that Ive done it.

We're staying at australiana village on boatharbour drive (I come from an extremely large family too, don't be surprised if you hear us if you live near by ). and stuff and has anyone got their wirless goin with cantannas and stuff. im trying to set one up, but a bit low on budget?
