Default Win2k disc/versions

I just saw today an oem win2k pro disc with "1 or 2 processor version" written on it.

Has anyone else seen this? Does this mean that there are 2 versions of win2k pro....one that supports smp and one that doesn't?

Nope. All Win2K Pro CDs support 1 or 2 CPUs - Win2K will detect the number of CPUs and load the appropriate kernel.

NT4 Workstation worked in the same way.

Cheers,
Martin.
