Can Net Monitor on older Nokia phones be enabled over IR?
Also what program is good to use?

what does net monitor do?

i think net monitor requires a flash to a stable stable version of firmware.

Yes, use the software LogoManager

heh, a lot of experimenting + consulting many different versions of the ETSI GSM specifications. Manual is the work of over 2 years of it.

Unfortunately no, newer DCT4 Nokias have this feature removed (you must pay a premium for it).

The only new-ish Nokia that has such a feature is certain revisions of the Nokia 7650.
