Audigy 2 software laggy?

hello all, i just got my audigy 2 a few days ago (and i am very happy with it),

Just a small note, i have noticed that the bundled creative software eg, volume control, eax console etc. is quite laggy. Now i know that it is not my computer, as it is fairly new (p4 3.0c). Anyone else encountered this. Perhaps creative has released new software to fix these lag issues? i will head over there now.

any opinions would be appreciated

Head over to http://www.australia.creative.com/ and do an auto update just like windows update for you sound card
There is a fair amount of updates for this card

I have the audigy 2 card as well with no problems what so ever.

Yea a lot of the updates address issues regarding performance.

Where is the auto update located though? I can only find seperate updates.
