Default Nforce without integrated GFX

Digit-Life Reports :
nForce 415 aka IGP 415 NB) has 100% the same specs as nForce 420 (IGP 420)
No integrated graphics core
MCP/MCP-D will be used with IGP 415.
Mainboards with nForce 415 will cost about $20-25 less than nForce 420 analogs.
Leadtek will release K7N415 board and ASUS is going to launch A7N266-C

What's the problem with the onboard NIC? Been using it in my main box for a little while now, seems fine.

Is the IGP 420 the one with our without twinbank?

Personally I can't see any point in twinbank if there is no graphics onboard.

Agg: have you compared the performace of the nForce to any KT266A boards? I have seen the benchmarks but I want to know if there is any noticable difference in everyday use.

Has anyone seen any dates or rough times (Q1 2002??) for the release of any boards based on this chipset (is it a chipset?? the 415-D).. I'm looking to upgrade my KT-133a board quite soon.
