8k3a+ agp/pci speed

Im running a 1800XP at 166fsb to make use of the 1/5 divider. In the bios im getting 66/33 so this looks fine. When i run SiSandra checking the speeds it keeps telling me that my agp/pci speeds are too high....which one is correct bios or sisandra?

Using 3409 bios and latest version of SiSandra

Don't believe Sandra, it doesn't report the correct AGP/PCI speed accurately. Your BIOS reading is correct.

i've asked epox support on this a while ago
and their answer:

Dear sir,

It seems Sandra2003 software that detects wrong value. There were tested by the oscilloscope and EP-8K3A+ supported 1/5 divider. So, the PCI bus will be locked at 33MHz when are you using 166MHz FSB.

I¡¦ve got a 8k3a+ with bios 3409. I¡¦m running an AXP 1800+ at 166x12. But when I use SISandra 2003, it said my pci bus is at 42mhz and my agp is at 84mhz. Doesn¡¦t 8k3a+ support 1/5 divider and would adjust the pci bus back to 33mhz when I¡¦m using 166mhz fsb? i an AXP 1800+ at 166x12.
