Sure.
It is a program that allows you to change the Shell of windows.
Which means the GUI looks really cool.

I used to run it on my WIN98 box, but i got an upgrade and am now on Win2k and its shell is rock solid so i aint game to touch it on this OS.

but if u are on win98/95/ME i would give it a look, its great fun and you can download or make some cool skins!

makes you look pretty L33T next LAN bash
