Default assigning F keys to control winamp (v2.8)

has anyone ever tried this, i want to assign my f keys (f1 f2 f3 etc) to control the play/pause, next track controls in winamp

i know u can assign the keys to 'shortcut' files, so is there anyway to right a shortcut file or .bat program to control winamp?
