FPSE problem with W2k3 (IIS6.0)

Hi All

I am having a few problems with a new web server which I have setup, hopefully someone will be able to help me.

Basically, I have setup a site and then extended the site with FPSE. Then I have created subwebs under that site (eg
mydomain.com/subweb). I have assigned a user to be an
administrator to the subweb (eg web\user). The Problem is the user is denied access when using Frontpage to publish a page to the subweb however they are able to FTP into their webspace and make changes.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
