Voltage Settings, wtf!

As the heading suggest i have some voltage problems, while trying to overclock my puter i have found that if i got over v1.725 my puter can not load windows... and once it trys load XP it just reboots and then starts the cycle over again.
I currently have my specs at 200 x 11.5 which is giving me 2300mhz, but i feel with my hardware i should be able to do more then that. Any ideas what could be causing my voltage problems? and how i could improve my overclocking? Help!

u feel that your hardware can do more??
ok...
well every component is different...
everything overclocks different...and has varying limits...
so if u cant get it higher with all combinations of fsb and multipliers and voltages..then u probably reached the limit of your overclock...

well maybe not feel, but i hoped... haha. Maybe i should just settle for what i have ah.
