Default Magic Ram

I purchased 2 x 256 sticks of kingston pc 3200 value ram a couple of months ago and finally tested them last night also note that they were the cas3 version without the ch-5 chips
Most stable overclock I got on these in dual channel was 255 FSB or DDR 510 @ 2.5-4-4-8 pretty impressive for $85 sticks

So what chips do they have on them?
Either way, thats pretty good. What voltage?
And what speed did they max out at cas2?
