Outlook 2002 queries..........

hey guys!!!!!

is there a way I can set up my outlook 2002 so I will only recieve mail from those in my adress book?????? and also can I block adress's that continually send me crap?????????

Try the "Rules Wizard" under the "Tools" menu ... it's a decent walk-through on how to manage messages ...
