Now that is a nice and VERY good tweak. But what does the prefetch function do?

EDIT: Nvm, got the answer. Apparently IE and a few other M$ programs use it too, but by default.

What Is Prefetch?

Taken From Microsoft Website:

Windows XP monitors the files that are used when the computer starts and when you start applications. By monitoring these files, Windows XP can prefetch them. Prefetching data is the process whereby data that is expected to be requested is read ahead into the cache. Prefetching boot files and applications decreases the time needed to start Windows XP and start applications.

Anyone using Tabbed browser extensions in "single window" mode? Mine crashes a lot when clicking links in other programs.. quite annoying.

Also, closing a tab that is viewing a PDF always crashes too. Bummer.

I don’t use the Tabbed browser extensions.

But the crashes are a known bug.

- This extension sometimes causes crush when you show popup menus, load webpages, or operate tabs, because it intrudes into operations about loading pages, showing popups, add/remove tabs, etc. Please don't use it if you would like to use stable browser.
