using the gpedit.msc on winxp pro, im logged on as an administrator how do i set different policies for different users?
thank you (the policies i want to set are, for one user only access to aol and another program, the other user can access everything except add remove programs and downloading stuff from the web)

The group policy on a local machine is system & user wide, you can only have multiple group policies & user specific policies if the machine is a part of a domain.
I'll have a think about futhure restricting access on a local machine without a GP.

i set the access for the first user to be only able to access aol and ie but no other programs with norton internet security 2004, just added them as custom programs and set it so they could only access the custom progams i list, all other programs are able to be run but cant access the web
