Best Digital Camera under $450

Hey everyone

i am looking for a Digital camera for a friend and need some help on getting the best for his money. The only specs are a minimum of 3.2MP, an LCD viewfinder and he doesn't want to spend any more than $450.

Any suggestions or ideas greatly appreciated

for $475 you can get the canon A70.

I just got one and couldn't be happier.

BTW this thread will probably get moved to what/where should I buy forum.
