i usually go lots of water because your usually dehidrated in the morning, then lots of sugars to give you energy then mello out by watching a movie or play a game. either of the 2 work prety well at making you forget how crappy you feel

read the black emergency book of dating (just go to a bookshop in the humor section)
they got a section on it. I think if u drink heaps of water before u go to bed u reduce the hangover and eat heaps of bread helps too.. hmmm... bread.. walks to fridge and gets some... Yeh try that..

If ate yoghurt the next morning after drinking heaps i think i'd spew. The only really suggestion is to drink heaps of water! I have never had a hangover and dont intead to ever get one either. I have drank 3/4's of a bottle of johnnie walker in a night b4 (and other stuff), so i guess im just a lucky person.
Come to think of it, another factor is just how fit you are. Im a very fit person (lots of running and swimming) and i guess thats why i have never had a hangover b4, even after drinking so much... |

Berrocca rules.
Should be had with greasy food, eggs & bacon or the like.

There are more hangover cures than actual alcoholic drinks I reckon.
Most common ones are water, greasy food, or to keep drinking. |

there is no 'cure', just preventative measures.
When i go out and get shit-faced, ill come home and drink a fuckload of water, then sleep, wake up hours later, take a piss, eat some nurofen and go back to sleep. All in all i dont get many hangovers. Water = good, hangover = dehidration... Works for me, and maybe it will work for you too (Dr. Baskt)

Actually davehole is right, buttermilk is even better. After a good evening with stolichnaya natural ferments are pure heaven to the stomach. Trust me :-), tested and proven by generations.
Serios people should try and tell. |

I'll vote for the greasy food. A 2 piece feed at KFC makes me feel 100% within 15minutes.
I avoid orange juice, milk and coke especially after spirts. Beer doesn't give me a hangover for some reason.

To avoid a hangover, don't just drink water right at the end - it's more effective if you alternate beer with water every so often. It's worked for me.
And to complete the dose, one Berocca the next morning.
