I need to be able to save my emails to a folder as they are downloaded from the server. I have heard that you can do this but I don't know how.

Go to Tools / Options
Click on the Maintenance Tab. There, you will find a button called Store Folder Hope this helps Chris Last edited by ckelly; 1st January 2004 at 1:55 PM. |

Why not burn the contents of the folder every so often to a CD or some other location? That way they're backed up. If you just save them on another folder you're not really backing them up. I always do that whenever my pc gets a spring cleaning (reinstall). Chris |
