Default cheap sound card that can use SPDIF as line-in?

Instead of buying a SB Extigy to act as a cheap "Audio hub" so I don't have to keep on moving the cable on my speakers between my (dekstop pc and radio every night.

I currently have a 4-channel C-Media 8738 in my router box, but that doesn't have SPDIF headers (even though the chipset is capable of it).

So what I'm looking for:
1. Really cheap soundcard that:
a. works on Linux. No exceptions
b. capable of 4 or more channel. I'm currently on 2.1 speakers at the moment, but I'll add another one as the $ flows in.
c. SPDIF usable as line-in, with 3.5mm mic socket so I can plug in a radio. It would be good if I can somehow force mic into mono-mode (I though thats done on the plug, right?)
