im running at 120fsb with 480mhz rdram ... does that count?

rdram seem to be very good at overclocking, if i had water cooling i might try for 133

If you wait a few days, woofer should have some results up with his overclocking efforts with 2.2 northwood, i850, and vapochill. I don't think he should have too many problems hitting 133 fsb.

HI doolz....The one brick wall i have run into at the moment is that the 38exe bios ( latest ) on the TH7 II Raid only lets the Northwood run at 1.5v Default!!

I have been in contact with Timothy Sanders..( aka.." MR Natuaral"from Mad -Onion and http://www.n3dt.com/ , he works very closely with ABIT .
HE is trialing a BETA bios at the moment that allows V-core setting up to 2.0v
As soon as he has tested it and found NO problems, he will forward me a copy..

Also at the moment i ONLY have a old ALPHA 6035 ( jury rigged clamp) to cool the CPU, and with the temps here at the moment being 35c the core temps approaching 55/57c are just to much to push anything seriously..

I have run a few simple benches @ 2,43Ghz ( boots into windows @ 2.64 but locks shortly after ..temp was approaching 57c!!!)

THANKS to" Bravo" for hosting these pics..

The 3D-Mark 2000 was using my OLD Prophet GTS @ defualt speeds.
3D-Mark 2001 was around 4700-4900 GTS @ default speeds.

Will wait till the weekend and the setup is installed into my Vapochill to really push it.

I would recommend people looking at the images remember they are in excess of 150kb. I'd advised woofer of this, but there was nothing i could do to change the resolution (not without distorting the image).

Bummer. Still, those aren't bad overclocks with air and default voltage.

Poor you woofer!
P4S333, 1.85 max, but I'm not complaining, Stock cooling.

My chip clocked fine, and I know yours will too.
RDRAM@533?
You'll need some 1066 for that job

Apparently the RDRAM can basicly all handle 533MHz, i heard that the clock generator is the thing thats holding it back.

I'm looking at 133MHz FSB because it's then next step up from 100 that is officially supported (not yet for intel, they should be releasing the 133MHz FSB soon).

Also, because the P4 was made to run best on RDRAM. Check out Tom's Hardware site the p4 at 2.6 with RDRAM is very close to the p4 running at 3gig with DDR, and in some cases beats the 3g, imagine the power with RDRAM at 533 and a 3gig P4

Have just set up the BARE essentials ..Board ,cpu,Vid card ,HD,floppy inti my Vapochill.

Still limited to Defualt 1.5v and running stable @ 2,61 Ghz at about -4c idle and 2/3c full load. Ambient temp in the spare room where the Vapo is set up at the moment is around 32c..

Can boot into windows at 2728mhz BUT cant run any apps.. ..again default voltage .

I am almost certain with the NEW Bios version and a V-Core of 1.8-1.9v , 3.0Ghz will be a reality!!

If anyone wants any screenshots of the few benches @ 2,61 ghz i will have to ask Bravo to host the pics again..

right, also restrict the palette down to 64, 32, maybe 16 colours. That way you get 20K pictures...

woofer, 2.61 MHz at default voltage, that's pretty good.

Yes, thats a good oc Woofer. But it looks like not very many ppl are able to run their RDRAM system at 133MHz fsb (533MHz quad pumped).
