They have a step by step guide there I think. It's pretty self explanatory anyway, files have to be jpg and < 400KB

How many colours can you get in the .bmp format? Should you be using .bmp?

EDIT: seems you can get 16 million so I guess it is OK. Strange format though.

I fould this great image converter called Easy Image Converter Free at http://www.homeplansoftware.com/freeware.htm

it will convert bmp gif jpg jpeg ico wmf to bmp gif jpg jpeg

give it a go its great

yeah i had some problems getting their home page to load up last week when i tried to get a description of all the plug ins.
it loaded eventually.

in the mean time, you can get it from here.
