16ms LCD with pivoting stand

I want a 16ms LCD, prefer with speakers, but it needs to have a pivoting stand- ie, when your normally looking at a screen, the flat screen surface is perpendicular to your vision line. i want to be able to rotate it so its parallel to my vision line, so it'll lie against the wall out of the way. ideas? does the benq 737 have this?

or, is the samsung 172N a 16ms screen? its got, i believe, a pivoting stand.....?
