Dvd => Vcd
Ive just started rippin some of my dvd's into vcds.
Anyway i read the vcd => Flask Mpeg => Panasonic Plugin guide @ www.doom9.net And it says to use the bitrate calculator in the guide. However after that the bitrate calculated is never mentioned again. Now while the rip worked im just wondering if there is anyway i can do this better? By perhaps encoding at a higher bitrate etc.
