Can I have #77

I think my PC is addited too. On Saturday I was playing around with the voltages to overclock it, but the CPU and system got too hot for my liking. I shut down the PC and went to make lunch to let it cool down.
A few minutes later I hear a beep from the study, so I look inside to find my PC booting up by itself to do more folding...

Hi!

I'm ToranaGuy, and i'm addicted to folding. my output has been down heaps since i moved house, i can't run as many boxen, but i still hanker to fold on any cpu i can......... I even use ssh to remotely fold on 2 boxen that i admin.

Hell, i've just got my Xbox Linux setup online, typing this from my 72cm TV, and i'm starting to wonder if the Xbox can run the Linux Folding@home client without crashing? Hrmmm...............

I'm also thinking about asking if i can run folding on my boxen at work. Not sure of it's cpu power, but it's reasonably grunty. Gotta ask my team leader at work......

I gotta get off, so i can trial folding on my xbox and get some sleep for work later today.

Cheers

ToranaGuy

I've been addicted to distributed computing for years now... and I'm afraid the addiction has gotten suddenly worse!

Yes... I admit it.

I've become addicted to folding... (that didn't take long did it!).

And my old FAD farm isn't doing the job... so more pc's are going online soon

Assuming this thread is still active (bollocks?) then I'd like 60 (that seems to be available), it's the year I was born.
