@Melbman,
Yeah I'd agree m8, which one would you prefer?

Asus looks cheap and although some dislike Asus I got to say I like their products alot and I also believe they are good quality products...

Eva2000,

How you doing?

I am looking at buying 2 x X800Pros anyway so I was contemplating getting 1 Asus and 1 Gecube. I have 2 PC's running at same speeds (o/c'd) so I think I can run pretty good comparrsion benches, just waiting until the X800XTPE and 6800u are all available to buy all 4 at once.

Cheers.
A7.

I wish they could release the GT around the same US price point.. they are going for around mid 300US allot over there (and lower) instead of the inflated $800aus ...$560US .

I know there are other factors built in there but honestly such a difference is stupid someone is making a killing. I know supply demand…bla bla.
Hell I will buy one when they hit the $650/700 barrier.
If only they could be imported as a group buy.. it wouldn’t surely take around $200US to do each. Although no warranty, guess better to wait… and wait… and wait… until the prices go down.
Have the X800Pros gone down much in the first 2 weeks?.

Oh just seen X800Pro for $699 I think GeXcube at http://www.fluidtek.com.au
