So yeah... I'm in trouble if i ever decide to train charisma skills but other than that its all good
Dam nice stats, at a wild guess it's an Achura toon, they have dam nice stats and real ugly faces :P

Yes and -4 ME and PE. No use in using decrypters unless for the BC (minimum), but mainly BS inventions. Last i checked the prices.

ok nice, I have a stockpile of 10 run BPC of Sabers and Broadswords. I was making them for the market but basicly making them for myself now considering the rate I go through them. For the effort and the lowering profit margins in invention I havent botherd with it much lately. Taken down my High Sec pos labs wait for T3 see what happens.

Make far much for isk for the time doing other stuff

Don't get me wrong. If decrypters were at decent prices i'd go back to them, but all i have seen is that they have gone up in price since they came out and no real point atm (i could be wrong and correct me if i am). I am going to build a lot of those and ship them out to our 0.0 market to maximize profit. But i need to buy the materials (and the ferrogel exploit that was cracked down on is going to be more expensive now), but i do not have to buy as much tho. I still have 4-5k of ferrogel in my hanger. So i maybe able to build a fair few more things as a result.

I enjoy my invention. It just a pain getting all the items to the 0.0 markets without a JF.
Not gathering, building with. I put on a heap of capital components to build. I haven't actually mined in a few years, it's not an efficient use of my time. I build roughly an Orca per day, though soon I will be able to start up building freighters again also. Each Orca uses just over 45 million trit. So I use a lot of it. I build about 40 hulks per month too.

JF's are very handy I used to undock from Jita and within 5 minutes, without using a single gate, I was in the middle of the drone regions, using jumping / bridge networks / cyno gen towers etc. Put 5-6 bil isk of stuff on the market in a month, and make a bil or two Then buy up high end minerals and return (the return trip is slower given you have to jump to lowsec and use the gates in the reverse direction.)

OMFG..those Orcas look awesum..and very big ...can i ask how these and all these " gang link modules" work?....my understanding...you get one lad (fleet booster/mining foreman) with say a Orca rite?...then the rest of you have exhumers with strip miners...literlly plough the road you could say..then..with the orca 30k cargo, does all the mineral get transported from the exhumers, to the orca, via the gang link modules??.....Correct?..If so...i mite start my own mining corp awesum stuff.

Please correct me if i'm wrong though..and think too much
Gang link modules don't actually 'link' what they do is basically provide bonuses. (there are also gang links for combat purposes). They work the same way other fleet bonuses work (ie, the mining foreman skill) but they require a module (gang link) to be fitted and active on the ship of the person giving the bonus. The person giving the bonus also has to be undocked and in the same system as those you want to receive it. The exact figures will be found on the eve-online site or wiki or some other information site, but basically you can get the amount you mine boosted by around 30% (I have long forgotten the exact figure and it's dependent on skills and the ship).

So it's well worth it for larger groups mining, but for smaller groups an extra person mining may be more valuable. The Orca has a bonus for mining gang links, and only the rorqual / battle cruisers / command ships / carriers / titans can fit them as well. And the Orca is the only one of those that has a good cargo and can use gates (so enter highsec). So potentially in a smaller group you could do away with a hauler. - Although you will lose the bonus when the Orca docks to drop off the ore, and also the gang link bonus while it is in warp.

Orca's are finally starting to drop in margin, I think many people must have bought BPOs and either only built one or two, or not built any until it was researched to ME2 (which would have taken 2 months). So I think now those researching people are finally hitting the market, building at a lower cost, and making less than they would have if they had started building right away. I did both, so I'm good (well actually my first ME2 prints don't come out for a few days since I built with them and then researched with some while building with others).

I was in my sabre for all the kills. I do love that ship.
One of the guys in my corp last night killed a Maelstrom (BS) with his Sabre solo last night. No rats helping either. Yes it was poorly fit.

I have every right to gloat about my pvping. My last kills before last night were 150-151 days beforehand so the combat log says. As you can see. Me Carebear! Carebear Power FTW!

Pretty much.

When I am bored (or have work/study to do) I run 4 accounts mining. One in the Orca and three maxed Hulk pilots. I can churn through belts at a pretty insane rate with that setup.

How long does it take for the strip miner to cut through a fresh asteriod?

I''m currently trainin up for to get a mining barge...just brought a destroyer today ...550 m3 cargo, 2 gauss miners, and a miner improving thing...have to put 3 out of my 4 railguns offline to turn that thing on . That should keep me goin til i get a barge, or keep me out of trouble doin sum agent mission should i get bored of mining

What is your electronics skill book and engineering skill book like? It is best to get them to level 5 fairly quickly if possible, but learning skills do come first. The electronics skill book gives you a bonus to total cpu and engineering skill gives a bonus to total powergrid.

Not yet. I am waiting for a mate to reply and see if we can sneak in a few rounds of battlefield 2. But add gumble007, gumble85 and firehound (Not firehound123) to your buddy list. I may log FH on later, but that is normally just before bed. I should be on sometime tomorrow, but going to be up at 7:30am to see if the second part of my water cooling kit arrives via courier and catch up on my sleep in the tv chair before the package arrives. So not sure yet. My Research and Development agents have been whinging since saturday for me to help them out and remove datacores off their hands, but been busy waiting for courier deliveries to be able help my agents out atm.

I've been lurking this thread on and off since I tried to kick the mmo habit, I shamefully re-activated my account on sunday and started playing a fresh toon

Of course when I threw the towel in I sold all my stuff and sent the isk to someone who deserved it plus deleted my chars so I have to start from square one. I still think EVE is the best idea for an mmo and is truly more worthy of my time than wow, we shall see how I go
