Default Passive cooling on Radeon 9600 Pro VIVO?

I'm using a Radeon 9600 Pro VIVO in my HTPC and I would like to passively cool it to eleminate any fan noise. The card is not overclocked.

I've seen the Zalman ZM80D-HP VGA Heatpipe Cooler but it seems un-necessarily complex and expensive. Are there any other fanless options or is the Arctic Cooling VGA Silencer ATI 1 quiet enough for my needs?

Yeah, the Artic Cooling VGA Silencer would definately solve the nosie issue plus its pretty well priced.
