Ok when these first came out I posted a thread to see if anyone had any feedback, back then they were about $1000AU
Now I've noticed Dick Smith selling them for only $586 with all the maps for australia. Seems like a good deal compared to what the other portable and in car GPS units go for. Anyone got any expreience with these? Mainly I'm interested in how much they sap the battery life. They say its 50% more efficient now but that just suggests to me that they're pretty brutal to the batteries. I'd have to get a car charger. Also how do they go with the navigation and route correction? And are maps easily upgradeable? I've heard that getting the map software is pretty expensive for navigation systems. Any feedback appreciated.

Your best changing your title 'Navman GPS3450 sleeves for IPAQ's" when you typed down sleeve I thought that it was a protector or something
