Default best D43 timings?

Since my board is a terrible O'Cer, i've been trying some more aggresive ram timings at stock 200fsb. It's 2x512mb sticks of generic Hynix BT-D43. So far i've tried first 3,3,3,7, then 2.5,3,3,7, then 2.5,3,3,6, then 2.5,3,3,5. All are memtest 86 and 86+ stable.

I'm currently running at CAS 2.5, RAS to CAS 3, RAS precharge 3, and Tras 5. I tried lowering it to 2.5,2,2,5, and it bsods. so my question is, what are the lowest timings i should be able to achieve?

On my AN7, I run D43's - 2x 512MB @ 200MHz 2-3-3-11 2.9v prime95 stable. But these same two sticks, in my A64 setup, suck the big one!

So in that system I run some ADATA 2x512MB @ ~180Mhz 2.5-3-3-11 1T 2.7v prime95 stable.

Dont use Tras of 5. Tras needs to be = or > than ras-to-cas+ row precharge +2.

ok, i've changed it to a tras of 8.

i've tried all other combinations, and i can't get any lower than this. that's not too bad though for $100 ram.

are you amd or p4?

id try 2.5-3-2-11 on AMD

unfortunately, i can't up the voltage, or go any higher than 8 tRas on my mobo. i'd never buy another intel board ever again. they're ok for most things, but for overclocking and just bios options in general, they're hopeless.

EDIT: oh, i forgot to mention that i'm running a p4 2.6C on a intel 865PERL mobo.
