Who wants to fix my phone? (and yer im paying)

ok i know someone in here was offering phone repairs at what seemed like reasonable rates and now i cracked my gfs 3310s screen i figure i could use some of that

, prefer if you where in melbourne but i guess i could post it if you got some good references maybe willing to help my paranio about the world

hehe thanks, i looked in the yellow pages rang up nokias support 100 -> 150 bucks was quoted. Searched around my local area found someone who would do it for 60 but that was with an aftermarket screen which i saw and it looked bodgey to say the least, another place i went to did it for 80 with genuine nokia screen, i know for a fact the screen costs him $39 bucks (i peeked at his price list when he wasnt looking) so the shop is making 40 bucks probably 20 of those go to overheads so 20 profit, i think thats a good deal.

do it youself for like $150

go here and you can order the screen. by the time u get it over here it will be about $15 TOTAL, my mate just done it, took 1.5 weeks to send over! took him 5 mins to send

thanks for that not bad if any of my friends need repairs i might consider it. A couple of things but even on special it is still 20US + PH so it would come to maybe 50AUD and here not genuine, i think if i sucked up enough or maybe had say 3 orders i could get genuine nokia screens for 50 a shot with out a 1.5 week delay.

btw do you mean 150 or 15 dolars?

i found a shop in china town that will do it for about 60-85 bux
depend on how bad is it.
if just screen then $60 if with screen side then 85 bux

the shop sale vodafone telco. near the underground carpark.

i paid 80 and i know for a fact its a geunine screen so im pritty happy i would recomend the place its part of a chain but i know atleast the box hill place has nice helpfull staff.
