Default abit digidice recomendations (help)

well i just got e a abit digidice off anothre forum member.

we put it together with my r9800 pro with vga silencer/cooler
3hdd's and a dvdr and its alsogot a prescott 2.8e in it


so spec's
abit digidice
2.8e prescott p4
2x ddr500 geil ddr
r9800 pro
1x sata 120
1x60gb
1x200gb
1x pioneer dvdr 4x

and i noticed that when running windows or whatevre in ios the 12volt rail @ 11.73 or so whihci know is fairly low. where in melb can iget a decent psu for a cheapprice or any of u nice fellers have one for sale or something.
i know this is almost sorta a .... currantly got an enhance 200 watt psu

I wouldn't be too distressed about 12V supply rails. Most devices that rely on them only do for the "coarse", functions (running spindle motors, for example).. and as such are very tolerant of variable operation. Hell, my box registers about the same, and I'm not sweating it.. )
It's about a %6 variance - immaterial at that end of the spectrum. - anything that requires power at that voltage is pretty crude ( HDD motors etc.. ) - or needs lotssa current (and thus has the ability to regulates the current itself, independent of the input voltage)..

So chill out, and worry about things that actually give a damn.

heh, thanksfor the advice, but i have already given it back ot the originalowner to sell hehe ofwhihhe did thenext day. am out to get myself a new athlon64 shuttle. to go ith mynew a64 2800.

will be getting within the next 2weeks to replace my desktop. will onlybe the basic model but with my r9600xt and 2 hdd's all will be sweat. oh and the geil ddr500
