hmm it looks rather average, people with UV water and stuff might not like it. I prefer pretty clear ones

I've had my eye on these for quite some time now.. though I decided against stocking them for the pure fact aluminium + watercooling loop = bad news, whether now or later...

Coolmodz is currently negotiating the import of a certain clear reservoir thats already tried, tested and proven (no aluminium in this one )

Actual product page for those interested. Same mob who do the standard 3.5" Rheobus units. LAN bag's too heh... Quite a flexible company it seems.

Mate, anodizing? The chance of galvanic corrosion with a setup utilising a copper block, that res, and a bit of rad fluid in your water or whatever, is basically on the small side of SFA.
Oh and the res itself - as if double the price and put 'cooling' fins on it - what the hell was wrong with the old one? Anyone who pays that much for a res, needs their head checked.

Coolant won't stop the corrosion. There is a good reason why they are all called corrosion inhibitors.
Nearly all of the research done with them is for automotive use and if you read your cars handbook or engine manual it will tell you to drain, flush and refill the cooling system, the time frame involved will depend on use and the geographical location it is being used in.
