I read alot of review and still not i'm sure to get this card...it only support 2 texel pipeline, GF3 with 4 texel pipeline...it definitely a downside for new release games.

I bet 5c included postage for your question, since you post in the "For Sale" forum. I suggest you ask an admin to move your thread to the Nvidia Hardware forum, where it really should below. Also, if you just go there, you shall find A LOT of discussion on this topic already.

I would get a GF3 ti 200 or ti 500 and secondhand if necessary for my budget as this will provide the best all round card.
GF4 mx 440 may be quick with no bells and whistles in the graphics ie basically with games that are not written for GF3. The GF4 mx 440 is just a quick GF2 ie it does not have pixel shaders and probably some other GF3/GF3 ti features. And although officially the card supports FSAA including accuview I doubt it would really be playable shen FSAA is enabled. GF3 / GF4 ti 4600 all the way (assuming you have a spare $1000 plus)
