PDA with USB host, CF slot and a keyboard?

Is there such a PDA with these features ?

Actually the CF slot and keyboard can be forgone, but I do need a USB host PDA.

The best one i've been eyeing so far was the e800 by toshiba, but it seems a bit slow when compared to the Axim X50v, those were the only two brands i can browsed.

Recommend me something that suits these requirements please ??

Oh, and I also saw the CF card that allows the PDA to become a USB host, is that worth the cash in buying ?
