I'm looking to buy a shuttle form factor to condense what I have currently (X800 @ XTPE 648/624, XP2400+ @ 2700MHz) into a smaller size.
I know the 200W PSU will not cut the mustard so to speak for the hardware above. There would be some case cutting required as I would be watercooling the CPU, GPU and if space permits, the HDD with my spare Silentstar HDD cooler. |

I had a 3.2 p4 nw, 36gig raptor, gig of DDR 400, 9800xt, hercules fort sound card running in my shuttle with a 200 watt power supply.
Or you could purchase a shuttle 250 watt ps from Auspc. Last edited by iam_sane; 6th January 2005 at 8:30 AM. Reason: more info |

The newer Shuttle 915 or 925 boxes have a 350W PSU, should be more than enough, I've got one running 3 x 200G and a X800XT with no worries

Those shuttles are damn expensive ($725!) - not to mention its only for Intel CPUs.

if you look at the link i posted.. AMD systems.. with all the bits in them.. the 250W PSU's cope just fine.
ive got a 3200XP overclocked, 2x512 DDR400 CAS2 6800GT 300GB 7200.8 voltages are perfect. |
