Default Kloss Mini PC

Anyone seen one of these?

I haven't personally tried one yet.. but they look better than Shuttle and also cheaper..

I've got to say, im impressed with the internal structure... Having the Mobo mid mounted makes sense, but it will restrict the usage of full sized cards, unless the case is higher than others?

any stockists for these in Aus?

I'm pretty sure Altech sent out a press-release saying they now stock this. They're a distro, but a popular one, so most retailers should be able to get it from them..

Yeah apparently they had one running with P4 3.8 (Intel sample) without any overheating problem.. however I don’t think it would be suitable for high-end system mainly due to 250w psu but I’m thinking of getting one at home for media center unit, it certainly looks better than Shuttle 8x series..

If you look at the pics on the site you'll see it supports full-height cards, length shouldn't be an issue either unless the card has jumbo capacitors. It's no appreciable amount bigger than a Shuttle, as the CD and floppy bays have just been shifted from above the motherboard and cards to below them.
